Note for the recording:
I only read the poem, not the intro, but it's worth noting that you may once again hear unintended background noises. The song I'm using as the backdrop for the reading is the song I sort of parodied / was the inspiration for the poem in the first place. Céline Dion's "On S'est Aimé à cause" is VERY special to Sarah and I, not just because it was one of our wedding songs, but because
it's a whole poetic journey where the singer speaks of overcoming challenges and celebrating wins together as a couple, from big significant moments to the more often overlooked every day ones. Hope you enjoy!
GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE!
Because I'm a weirdo who VERY much believes in themes and trends, AND because I can't say enough about her, have yourselves a love / ridiculous poem I wrote for my wife. I won't spend a lot of time on the intro stuff, just let the words be what they are!
Happy Pride!
Amelia
